- Inbound Lead Qualification: Fast, precise qualification of incoming leads (MQL → SQL) based on ICP criteria—you’re the first human voice of Cybus for potential customers.
- Outbound Prospecting: Targeted research and personalized outreach to enterprise target accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, and phone calls—no generic mass mailings.
- Pipeline Building for AEs: Scheduling qualified discovery calls for the Account Executive Team with full context (triggering event, pain points, stakeholder map).
- CRM & Data Quality: Complete, up-to-date documentation of all activities in Salesforce. You are the guardian of clean data—the foundation for everything we do as a data-driven team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing (campaigns, content, events), CS (expansion leads), and AEs (feedback loop for outreach optimization).
